Traditional international money transfer services continue to create significant challenges for individuals who need to send and receive money across borders.
Despite advancements in digital technology and financial services, many users still experience slow transaction processing, high transfer fees,
complicated procedures, limited transparency, and concerns about the security of their money. For individuals who regularly support family members, pay for education,
manage overseas expenses, or conduct international business, transferring money is not simply a financial transaction; it is an essential activity that directly affects their daily lives,
financial stability, and peace of mind. However, existing money transfer experiences often fail to meet users’ expectations for speed, affordability, simplicity, and reliability,
leaving them frustrated and uncertain throughout the process.
